The iconic legend that is Stephanie Beacham has joined the cast of hit Sky 1 HD hit supermarket comedy, Trollied, and has promised fans “aisle make you laugh”.

Beacham, who came 5th in the 2010 Celebrity Big Brother, will play the strict new manager for the megastore Valco, working alongside Absolutely Fabulous‘ Jane Horrocks.

Beacham, who played Sable on Dynasty for four years in the 80′s opposite Joan Collins in a season-long “battle of the bitches” said: “Lorraine is the most outrageous human being I have ever been given the joyful task of portraying. Lucky me, bad luck anyone who crosses her.”

Also joining the cast for the new series are former Celebrity Big Brother contestant, and Coronation Street actor, Lucien Laviscount, comedy actor, Dominic Coleman and Goodnight Sweetheart’s Victor McGuire.

Head of comedy at Sky, Lucy Lumsden, commented: “Look out for some in-store changes, Trollied is going to be bigger, brighter and better.

“We adore the new additions to the cast and the writers have had a ball writing for them.”
