EastEnders: As Kim Fox wages Christmas war with Tyler Moon, her sister Denise is kissing her fella, Ray Dixon!

by Lynn Connolly

As fans of EastEnders may recall, Derek Branning recently offered a Christmas wager to Alfie Moon and Fatboy Chubb…

Realizing that he’s in direct competition with Fatboy (Ricky Norwood) and Alfie (Shane Richie) for sales of Christmas wares on the market, Derek (Jamie Foreman) laid down the gauntlet saying that he was so sure he’d sell the most, if he didn’t, he’d hand over his Christmas Eve takings to Fatboy and Alfie.

However, that of course means that if Fats and Alfie don’t sell as much Derek does in the run up to Christmas, they have to hand over their money from Christmas Eve sales to him.

So in a bid to boost sales, Fatboy and Alfie implore Kim Fox (Tameka Empson) to help them lure customers to their stall by dressing up as the sexiest Santa’s Little Helper ever!

But deciding that two can play at that game, Tyler Moon (Tony Discipline) who is of course in partnership with Derek, strips down to his festive pants, hoping to entice ladies to sample his Christmas box.

We’ll see those scenes on Christmas Eve on BBC1, however, with news of a possible romance between Kim’s sister Denise (Diane Parish) and her boyfriend Ray Dixon (Chucky Venn) in the New Year, Kim might live to regret not saving her sexy outfit for the bedroom!

We’re to see Ray and Denise share a kiss after her friend Zainab Masood (Nina Wadia) organises a dinner party in a bid to cheer Denise up. She’s been feeling blue over Christmas about not having a man in her life.

So Zainab decides to invite pretty much every single male south of Manchester to dinner, but the only man Denise seems to want is the one she can’t – or shouldn’t – have; Ray.

We’ll keep you posted about that plotline when we get more news!

For now, here’s a reminder of last year’s Christmas in Walford, which for Denise and Kim, wasn’t a happy one…
