Eastenders actress Barbara Windsor has begged show bosses not to give her anymore romantic storylines during her time in the soap.

Barbara, 70, told The Daily Star: “I really hope there is no romance on the cards for Peggy. I’m too old for that.”

Nonsense Barbara! You are only as old as the man you feel. Maybe Peggy should hitch up with Minty….wouldn’t that be an interesting storyline!
