Whats On TV has reported that Eastenders longest serving character, Ian Beele is to be killed off this May as part of a huge feud between him and Phil Mitchell.
Adam Woodyatt has just filmed his 2000th episode of Eastenders, but interestingly has been dropping hints that he would like to appear in other shows.
The insider told WOTV: “Ian and Phil’s latest feud all started over a saveloy. It all comes to a head in one of the biggest stunts the soap world has ever seen.”
The insider added: “The final showdown has cost a lot of money. It’s the most expensive stunt the soap has ever done and it’s going to produce a huge fightback in the bitter ratings war.”
