Eastenders bad boy, Jase Dyer’s criminal past catches up with him on the eve of his wedding to Dawn, when he is attacked and tortured by a gang and left for dead.

Jase has gotten involved once again in some criminal schemes in order to fund his upcoming nuptials, but it all goes wrong when a gang he offends kidnaps his teenage son Jay.

Jase calls Billy Mitchell to help him save his son, but when the gang turn on him, Billy leaves him alone.

Perry Fenwick, 45, who plays Billy, told the Daily Star: “You will see a real similarity between these two.

“Here are two men so desperate to provide for their families that they have been driven down this path of violence.

“Their paths collide but things go horribly wrong.

“I don’t think Billy has thought things through. He doesn’t expect to suddenly get caught up in what is effectively a gang war.”
