Eastenders: Lauren Branning Confesses!
This week, Eastenders teenager Lauren Branning contacts the police and admits to trying to run her father over.
As her mother Tanya’s trial approaches, Lauren can no longer bear the deceit and decides to come clean about her role in the hit and run.
After breaking the news Lauren phones social services and is taken away from her family home.
Jake Wood (who plays Max Branning) told The Daily Star: “This is the last thing Max wants, of course, but in the end she’s driven off by a social worker while her dad is chasing the car and banging on the window. It’s a horrible scene.
“Tanya is going to blame him for losing their little girl, Max is a desperate man.
“What I love about this plot is that it’s really showing the long-term consequences of Max’s affair with Stacey.”
A show insider said: “There are many more shocks to come.”

This is a ridiculous story….LAUREN CANT PULL SUMIT LIKE THAT OFF! let alone drive…whitney or lucy wud be far more likely to do that sort of thing….god just coz her dad had an affair….thats no reason to try n kill ur own father! But then she isnt capable even if the thought had crossed her mind…god… You hear about fathers abusing their daughters and they dont go and attempt to murder their dad! Fact being they cant…
