Patsy Palmer has exclaimed that she can’t quite believe she’s returning to BBC’s Eastnders……the show that made her famous.
“I can’t believe I’m going back,” she told OK! magazine. “After being there so long and then leaving, it was the weirdest thing to open the script and for it to feel natural.”
Patsy has commented many times that she would never return to the soap and when asked about this she added: “It’s never been in my heart to go back. I even said some of the storylines were ridiculous and unbelievable and I meant it at the time. Even a month before I decided, I was adamant I wouldn’t return.
I still don’t know if returning to a show works and that worries me, but the storylines are brilliant, so I’m half-way there.”
