Eastenders: Ronnie Finds Out About Danielle

Archie’s days are numbered on Eastenders as this week the whole Mitchell clan are about to find out about the part he played in Danielle’s secret.
I can’t wait to see Ronnie’s reaction when she finds out that Danielle is in fact her daughter and that Archie kept the whole thing under wraps!

i cant believe they have potentially killed Danielle off – All this build up for her to be run down by Janine !! I love Eastenders but they have taken the right piss – I cant wait for Friday – does anyone know if she is alive in a eastenders coma or DEAD !!

If Eastenders finish this storyline with Danielle dying, they have made a huge mistake!!! To carry this storyline for so long and have it end like this is appalling!!! I’m hoping Danielle isnt dead and ronnie has made a mistake in her panic, cause if she is dead, thats it for Eastenders and me, they will of lost all credit and need to sack the scriptwriters!!

I am disgusted!! I think Eastenders really short-changed us! They could have really expanded on how her relationship with Ronnie develops! You think with the current mood of the country they would at least for once in their lives have a happy ending. Watching Eastenders just makes you even more depressive, there is no hope all round. TV is meant to be an escapism from real life whether it is good or bad. Oh no not eastenders they want their audience to become manic depressants. I knew from the moment she took a photo with Amy they were going to kill her! Very predictable! I have to admit I cried with Ronnie. My goodness how much more can one woman take? betrayed all round….Samantha Janus -was brilliant though…I think she should leave the show now!!
Knowing them she goes away for 6 months and then returns to find Jack and Roxy living together…. I am not impressed!! At least corrie has the right balance….Norris, Blanche and Eileen’s father are hilarious!!

Danielle gets hit by the car is rushed to hospital seriously injured, her dad andy ( in fridays credit list) comes down from telford and tells ronnie that danielle has told him she never wants to see her again, Maybe andy just says this though because he doesn’t want ronnie near her.
Stacey tells ronnie that she doesn’t blame danielle for wanting nothing to do with ronnie and reminds her of all the horrid things that have been said and done to Danielle, well all along she was only wanting her mum
Ronnie decides to tell all the Mitchell’s Danielle died to show everyone how evil archie is after he has been outed for the evil bleeder he is and rejected by the Mitchell’s.
Ronnie decides she has nothing left in walford now her daughter doesn’t want her and she decides to leave for ibiza, jack turns up and tells her he has been in touch with Danielle and she does want her mum que Danielle coming back

God, i have never wrote on this board but tonight i was so stressed out at the end of eastenders that i just have to! I really hope she isn’t dead and that eastenders comes good again because if she dies thats it for me it was such a good episode last night why ruin it with killing off Danielle??? I really hope like somebody has said that she isn’t dead
i cant beleive this!!! is she dead?? yes she is!!! think its about time the story writters wrote something nice if it isnt bad enough ronnie had to give her baby away have years of hell from her dad her sister sleep with and have a baby with the luv of her life!!! then told her daughter is dead only to find out she isnt then see her die!!!!! give the girl a break cant be bothered watching eastenders anymore only watched it because of this good story line which was dragged on far too long!! danielle cum bk!! great actor would have luved to tune in to see ronnie and danielle build a relationship and get sum happyness in her life seen as everyone eles has done her over!!!

The script writers will be totally to blame when the numbers of those who view Eastenders severely decline. They really screwed up this time. WHY KILL DANIELLE. Eastenders are really struggling!!!
I’m considering arranging a PROTESTS to bring her back to Walford, (you know like they did in Coronation Street when Deirdre was in prison) anyone out there interested???
Anyway if Danielle is dead which I’m sure she is, I for one am no longer going to continue watching the soap. What’s the point?

Do you know what, I have never left a comment regarding any tv programme in my life but after watching eastenders last night I have never felt so deflated. The storyline was building up for so long and as the viewer you were just praying for Danielle and Ronnie to be reunited and form some kind of relationship. To then see Danielle killed off at the very moment they were about to reunite was just wrong! It left me feeling utterly depressed and frankly really angry with the show. If Danielle is in fact dead I don’t think I will ever bother to watch this show anymore. What the hell is wrong with a happy ending every now and then. The relationship between the pair and the mitchel family could have been really interesting. What a waste of an opportunity by the writers. I am appalled that this ending got the thumbs up. The writers clearly haven’t got a clue.

ROXY AND RONNIE SHOULD UNITE AND RONNIE SHOULD GET THE PAT ON THE BACK NEEDED TO SAY “SHE WAS RIGHT” ALL ALONG AND A SORRY FROM HER SELFISH SISTER ROXY

we have waited so long for this story line to end and if they have killed Danielle off, that would be the last time i watch Eastenders, sack the writers, need some happy ending, it’s bad enough in real life,

The producers should think about having danielle in intensive care/coma to keep up the suspence of the viewers, from there they can still use the scenes from where Ronnie tries to leave the country and Jack can be chasing her not only to ask for her hand in marraige…but to tell her that Danielle has woken up. That would be the best choice of ending as i don’t think many people are going to be tuning into Eastenders in the future if they kill Danielle off! A complete cop-out of an ending if so – producers think about it.

I have watched Easteneder from when ali had the cafe many many years ago and through all the bad storyliens i see this has been the worst!!! I cried in anger last night at having the past 6 months me screaming at the TV “TELL HER!!” She finally tells her and gets knocked down by Janine!!! I very disgusted that Eastenders has made us waste 6 montsh of our lives waiting and waiting for the moment when Danielle tells Ronnie for a c**p ending – I will not watch eastenders again if this is how this story ends, like many of you i feel robbed!!!
i am very dissapointed with eastenders at the moment..if you look on yahoo then you will find alot of other veiwers fell the same and feel that if dannielle is killed off then eastenders are going to lose alot of veiwers including me. they have carried the storyline on to long to kill dannielle of now..alot of people like her charactor and cant kill her off unless you want most of your veiwers lost…i want dannielle to wake up and soon..if eastenders is going to kill anyone off let it be archie or the boring people..!!

i complained, there was no point danielle even being in eastenders if she is just killed off when ronnie found out, she better be in a coma on on a life support machine, im sure they have lost loads of fans. Everyone else has to complain. if they have loads of complaints they obviously have to do something
I actually laughed out loud when Danielle was mown down by Janine in complete shock that they could do that to us viewers after all this time. In the cool light of day however I’ve been thinking … this happened on Thursday, if that was really IT wouldn’t it have happened before the Friday duff duffs??? We must have hope!!!!!
OMG!! I feel like I’ve wasted months of my life?? I loved eastenders and now to its LOYAL viewers, they go and do this? Whats going on? There are so many deaths in the world that you’d think having the control over who dies and who doesnt, the eastenders writers would get it right, but no! Whats the point of watching a tv show that is going to drive us to be more deprested than the british public already are. We look on eastenders for drama, laughs and decent storylines with decent ending? I feel like Ive been cheated. I wont be wasting any more of my money or time on watching eastenders any more. Drama??? YES! they should be supplying that to paying viewers, however if you are going to drag a storyline out that long, perhaps make something else exciting to prevent us from falling asleep through it. Mo and her pig is not exciting. I found myself eventually not really wanting to watch Eastenders but when I could be bothered asking my work collegues “Has she told Ronnie yet?” to which I was given the responce “Oh, I’ve stopped watching it just now so I dont know”. This went on for several weeks until I seen on the TV guide what may happen on the wedding day so I began watching it again last week, to my surprise Archie knew about Danielle, which was obvious, and he had apparently known for days maybe weeks?? Eastenders is on 4 days a week and this was STILL dragging on. Then finally Ronnie finds out about Danielle and…. She Dies. Wheres the Drama? A Slow and painful build up and to what? Death? A good Drama would have been revenge… Revenge on Archie with mother and daughter getting back on the one person who is responsible for ruining both their lives. What a story that would have been, gripping to the edge of my seat to see how they are going to kill the “baddy”, that’s what we want. To be ranting about how amazing eastenders was and I cant wait to see more, not saying how rubbish that was that nothing ACTUALLY happened, where was the drama? Thats tragedy… not Drama

just like to say that i thought that the episode was very sad. i also think it shouldn’t have ended in that way and Danielle shouldn’t die! the above people are correct in saying that it was a build up with a climax that didn’t suit…she better not be dead, or else i wont be watching either…

We note your disappointment with the ending of ‘EastEnders’ on 02 April. However, we would stress that it contained all the elements of a classic soap episode – a wedding, high drama, and tragedy.
We acknowledge we didn’t deliver the happy ending many of the audience may have been hoping for, and that for some people this was upsetting. We hope viewers will understand that our aim is to always deliver the best drama possible.
The storyline between Ronnie and Danielle was always going to be a challenging one and the producers decided from the offset that their relationship as mother and daughter would be short lived. Giving Ronnie what she’d always wanted in the long run would have impacted on what we were trying to achieve and although Danielle’s death may have been shocking for some viewers ‘EastEnders’, like all good drama, contains a balance of storylines, both happy and sad.
If the BBC have done their job properly, they will have filmed alternative story lines to fall in line with public opinion, given that this Danielle thing is a huge issue with viewers.
We’ll only know later tonight, but I think we may be in for a surprise. If not, then it’s piss-poor management on their part.
My post crossed with yours above Kelly. That is a poor response from the Beeb and indicates that they’re not in touch with reality. The reality I’m talking of is the way all the soaps seem obliged to do the same old wedding/revelation/tragedy nonsense in succession — almost to the point where you don’t know which soap you’re watching.
Does anyone reckon Archie molested Ronnie as a child and might be Danielles dad?
