EastEnders Spoilers: As Liam Butcher returns for gang court case, Bianca fears she may go back to prison! (VIDEO)

EastEnders viewers will know that troubled teen Liam Butcher (James Ford) went to stay with his dad Ricky earlier this year after members of the gang he was involved with were arrested and left facing jail if Liam gave evidence against them…

One of the gang members of course stabbed Liam, and when subsequently other gang members began threatening Liam and his family, his mum Bianca (Patsy Palmer) reluctantly decided that her son was right and it was for the best if he left Walford for a while.

But next week, Liam’s back on the Square in order to give his evidence at the upcoming trial of some of the gang members, however, what he doesn’t know is that Bianca fears she may be facing prison time herself if the police learn that she was involved with the fire at Ian Beale’s restaurant…

In the episode that airs on Thursday, July 10, Bianca’s worried about Liam, who’s giving evidence in court the next day, and about Tiffany (Maisie Smith) who isn’t eating and who seems upset.

However, after some quizzing, Tiffany explains to Carol (Lindsey Coulson) that she can’t eat because she’s in love! And though Bianca’s relieved that the gang hasn’t been threatening Tiff, she’s also upset that her daughter confided in Carol and not her.

Then, on Friday, it’s not a great start to the day when Liam overhears Bianca worrying that the gang members might turn up at the court…

Anxious, Liam tells Bianca he isn’t going to court, and clearly panicked, Liam then does a runner, leaving Bianca frantic when she can’t find him.

However, Shirley (Linda Henry) spots Liam, and she manages to convince him to do the right thing, so he goes home just in time to make it to court.

But will Liam and Bianca’s fears about the gang members being in the public gallery be proven to be right? And will the thug who stabbed Liam go to prison, or be let off if Liam can’t bring himself to give evidence?

And finally, will the police find out about Bianca’s involvement in the fire at Scarlett’s?

Find out next week, but for now, here’s a look at the next episode of EastEnders…
