EastEnders Spoilers: Lola Pearce will snatch Lexi from Phil Mitchell after custody hearing goes against her! (VIDEO)

by Lynn Connolly

Coming up next week on EastEnders, Lola Pearce (Danielle Harold) is anxious and stressed ahead of a court hearing to decide if she can get back custody of her daughter Lexi, who has of course been in Phil Mitchell’s care for the last few months…

However, on the day of the hearing, the troubled teen disappears and for a while, it seems she’s not going to make the court in time. But after a few words of advice from Poppy (Rachel Bright) Lola’s determined to show the court she is fit to look after her daughter.

And as we’ll see on Monday, March 4th, when her social worker Trish tells the judge that Lola’s doing really well in terms of putting down roots and working to provide a stable home for Lexi, things are looking good.

However, in court, Phil (Steve McFadden) looks smug as he whispers with his solicitor, and sure enough, with just a few damning sentences, Lola’s chances of getting Lexi back are dashed.

Sharon (Letitia Dean) is left disgusted by Phil’s underhand tactics, and in the episode that airs on Tuesday, March 5th she tells him that they’re done and she won’t support him any longer, much to her fiancé Jack’s (Scott Maslen) delight.

Meanwhile, a devastated Lexi returns to the Square will her granddad Billy (Perry Fenwick) who tries to reassure Lola that she’ll get another day in court in time. However, Lola tells him she can’t wait that long to be with her daughter…

So when Billy later goes to visit Phil and to berate him for what he did in court, Lola seizes the moment when she sees that Phil’s front door is open. She sneaks into the house and grabs a sleeping Lexi, rushing out into the Square as Billy and Phil argue.

But it’s not long until Phil discovers that Lexi is gone! Will Lola make good her escape? Or will Phil find her before she can get away with the baby?

Find out next week, but for now, here’s a look at the next episode of ‘Enders…

The Phil/Lola storyline is a terrible one. The authorities would never have given him the child in real life, so what made the writers ever think it would be a good idea!!! I only hope it will soon be over and Lola will be able to get a restraining order on Phil. It would serve him right
