In Eastenders next week Steven tries to smother his grandmother Pat Evans in her hospital bed.
Viewers will discover next week that Steven has been behind Lucy’s disappearance and helped her hide in a remote caravan so that he could have dad, Ian Beale all to himself. Pat finds out about Lucy’s whereabouts and threatens to tell Ian, unfortunately she is knocked down by Roxy Mitchell before she gets there.
Steven is terrified when he discovers that Pat has just broken her leg and decides to take action before she reveals him for what he is.
A Walford mole told The Daily Star: “Steven has just been playing at being sane – really he’s as mixed-up as ever and this just proves it. He’s fully prepared to murder his own gran, the one person who stuck by him after he shot Jane Beale.”

Can’t they just kill Stephen off?
i think that this scene is so horrible and shan so what if pat did tell ian about lucy steven could of said he found her and recused her he could of shouted back at ian if he shouted at him and anyways i just think its plain wrong that someone has to die just because she is trying to protect someone anyways i dont think she is going to die x i think someone is going to walk in x
