Eastenders boss, Diederick Santer, has promised that we will see a shocking new side to street beautician Tanya Branning, as she finds out about her husbands affair.

Within the month, Tanya is due to find out that her husband had a prolonged affair with her now daughter in law, and at 8 months pregnant, the news is almost too much for Tanya to take.

Santer revealed to the Daily Star:

“Everything’s going to come out in an unexpected and shocking way.

“What I can promise viewers is that once Tanya finds out, it’s going to become her story – as in: ‘What the hell is she going to do to them?’

“It’ll be very exciting.”
