Eastenders: Who knocked down Max? Tanya, of course!
Well, they kept us guessing right up to the end. But Tanya has admitted to being the driver in the hit and run that put Max Branning in hospital.
Before getting the final admission from Tanya though, everybody else involved spend 30 minutes looking completely shifty – Bradley, Jack, Lauren and Tanya. At one point, we were convinced that Lauren had snapped and knocked Max down. Weren’t you?
Now, unless Tanya is providing an alibi for someone else, the attention is going to swing to her motive for knocking down Max. On the night of the crime, she and Max shared a passionate kiss, and it looked like Tanya was conflicted about leaving Walford with Jack.
And with all the evidence pointing toward Jack, we’re wondering if he knew she was involved? Probably not – after all, she gave him an awfully hard time about kidnapping Max for someone who hit him with a car a few hours later.
Well, what did you think of the whodunnit? Was it on a par with “Who Shot Phil”?

Well..i wasnt expecting that! infact, i still think shes innocent cos it just doesnt add up. She says about doing the right thing but, shes a good mum so surely she wouldnt risk goin to prison and leavin 3 kids without and dad OR mum?
hmm..its a hard one. Did she actually do it, or was it Lauren?is she coverin for her? its obvious Jack didn’t do it but..i dont know!lol why confuse us!!
its all messed up! if you look at the shot of max getting hit by the car it really does look like a guy driving!(this could just be a filming error though) You could also then turn around and say it would only make sense for tanya to lie about doin it if she is covering for someone in her family
I dont think Tanya did do it. I think Laurens boyfreind Peter did it to be honest but am not sure.
i think tanya did it..
and i also think that stacey told lauren who did it because stacey’s the eye witness.
I think it was lauren because she couldn’t look at her dad {Max}
she stayed away she stayed with Jane and Ian. But then at the end
she said to Jane in the cafe I’m going back home.
