Ella Henderson is famously remembered as being the young star voted off the X Factor far too early – in week seven as it goes.
From the moment she entered the X Factor she was immediately a fan favourite to win the entire show and many called controversy after she was eliminated so early.
According to reports Ella was due to release her debut album in November but was forced to push the release back until March of next year but now we know when to expect it and already it sounds very very promising.
Henderson has also just released a stunning new track called ‘Five Tattoos’ which is the second track to be released from the forthcoming album.
For the debut album the former X Factor star has worked with the likes of Babyface (who has worked with Beyonce, Celine Dion and Mariah Carey), Al Shux (Paloma Faith, Tinie Tempah and Plan B) and Salaam Remi (Alicia Keys, Nelly Furtado and Amy Winehouse).
Earlier this year Ella discussed her debut album in an interview and said:
“It’s exciting as we’re finding the ‘Ella’ sound. I think a lot of people expect me to come out with an album that is just going to have emotive ballads on there.
She added: “I have written a lot of emotive songs that are quite deep. My album’s going to be honest, truthful, but there is going to be an up tempo song, which is exciting. It’s going to represent me and who I am, and let everybody know who I am as a person,”.
