Emmerdale actress, Linda Thorson, has admitted that she suffered from vertigo and dizziness while filming a recent stunt on set.

Linda, who plays Rosemary King, took a dramatic fall over a bannister this week and she told The Sun just how difficult she found the ordeal.

She said:

“I felt a little dizzy and had to really steel myself for the scene as I had to throw myself out over the rail quite a lot to look as if I’d gone and there was a big drop below me.

“It was so spectacular and brilliant a stuntwoman who looks just like me did the actual fall.

“The worst part was having to wear a strait jacket and a neck brace when Rosemary was taken into the ambulance – that was really horrible and I felt really claustrophobic wearing it.

“We filmed in a big stately home and I also had to spend a long time pretending to be unconscious on a very hard concrete floor which was freezing cold.”
