Entire Skins Cast To Change For Series Three
The entire cast of popular Channel 4 drama, Skins, is to change in the next series.
Executive producer of the show, Bryan Elsey said: “There are risks associated with dumping a cast, but we just did it. There was some disquiet at the channel, but then they told us just to go with it.
“It’s exciting - we never stand still and we can tell our stories in a new way.”
Speaking at Broadcast’s television drama conference this week, Bryan added that the show would continue to follow the pattern of changing the cast every two years for the forseeable future.
“The first year is about getting to know the kids, and the second gives us the advantage of being able to explore their psyches a little more,” said Elsey.

I think you should do more seasons showing tere joirney though university i speak for everyone else when we say NO!!! we like the character at the moment and nothing will ever be up to the standards of this seasons cast so i say again do not change characters i want to see them go touhg university

i think your making a HUGE mistake. people aren’t going want to watch new characters when they’ve alredy connected with the exsisting ones and would much prefer to see them grow & develop

I agree with mia everyone loves skins and we all love the the characters so plz don’t change the cast if you do it really is going to be a BIG BIG BIG (HUGE) MISTAKE xx
