Parminder Nagra has admitted that it was “thrilling” to star alongside George Clooney in a recent episode of ER.

“It was kept very low key and I was almost glad when the episode aired [in the US] last week,” the British actress told Access Hollywood.

“It was like ‘finally I can say I was in a scene with George Clooney’ and it was very thrilling. He was a really nice down to earth guy.”

Noah Wyle, Anthony Edwards and Eriq La Salle have also returned to the medical drama for it’s final season.

“We were just thrilled and excited at seeing those guys back and being in their scrubs and Julianna Margulies – just seeing her walk in was just so thrilling,” said Parminder.

“It’s almost like putting your hand through an invisible glass window into the past. Everybody’s kind of had their own journey. It’s been great.”
