Falling Skies season 3 spoilers: NEW promo video unveiled and something weird is happening to Hal

TNT has unveiled a brand new teaser ahead of the season 3 premiere of Falling Skies next month, and lordy is it creepy!

The video asks whether you have what it takes to join the Resistance. The video then digs back into its archives to show some rather creepy and nightmare-inducing content – along with a brand new scene from the third season.

Falling Skies season 3 is set to kick off next month and with that, what better time to give the fans a slight catch up on what has happened thus far. The new promo video, titled “Resistance” shows Tom’s eye bug along with Jamil’s creepy and gross death.

However, what we’re all watching the video for is the glimpse of new content, and that is what we get.. something weird seems to be happening to Hal with black discharge coming from his eyes and ears. The question is, what did Karen do to him? What exactly can these eye bugs do?

So far, what we know about season three is that it will premiere seven months after the 2nd Mass arrived in Charleston. Tom has been elected to political office, but his hands are tied as the resistance continues to battle with the alien invaders. His decision to have the rebel skitters fight alongside humans creates tension. Suspicions are raised that someone may be leaking information to the enemy.

Speaking to EW, Falling Skies’ executive producer said of the aliens:  “One of the things that I hope the fans will see is that of course this is an alien that doesn’t look anything like the aliens we’ve been confronted with since the beginning of the series. And in fact, there’s a certain benign-ness. It’s uncertain as to whether or not he’s friendly or unfriendly, but the one thing that we can definitely determine is he kind of looks a little like us in a way.

Falling Skies season 3 kicks off on June 9th on TNT.

I’m addicted to Falling Skies. I cannot be disturbed while it is on. I’m so into it, I put the countdown in my phone when season 2 ended, already looking to season 3. If I work on Sun my DVR will be set up for the following week(s). Paul
