Fay Ripley’s new book has stormed the book charts and is currently the fourth best selling cookbook on Amazon.

I have actually bought the book myself, as being a crap cook with three young kids I love any recipes which profess to be quick and easy.

Thankfully these are and they fully live up to all Fay’s descriptions.

She recently told The Times:
