Fern Britton may leave her job at ITV over a row about a planned clothing range.
The Sun reports that Fern had planned to release a range of clothes for the plumper women among us, but ITV have blocked her from doing so as they feel it would cause a conflict of interests when she carried out fashion reveiws on This Morning.
One insider revealed: “Fern is very annoyed. It has got to the stage where she will quit the channel — that’s how strongly she feels about it.”
Fern is said to be particularly annoyed that other ITV stars like Trinny and Susannah are able to promote their own ranges without consequence, yet she is not given the choice.
