Fiona Philips Says ‘Kate Garraway Is Pleased I’m Leaving’
Fiona Philips announced last week that she is leaving GMTV after 15 years of hosting the show. Last night she spoke honestly about her co-worker, kate Garraway, and claimed she would be glad to see her gone.
Kate failed to get in touch with Fiona after she announced her decision to leave, a move which obviously offended Philips.
“She is probably quite pleased that I am going. I have the top job. It wouldn’t be natural and she’d be lying if she said she didn’t want it,” Phillips told the Daily Mail. “It doesn’t annoy me that I haven’t heard from her. Nor am I basing any of my decisions on how she feels.”

I wish they would all go – especially the directors of the show. Its the best way to start your day with a deppression. They are so scandolous and just don’t have the ability to be serious journalists. Just watch them try and interview a guest with gravitas about a serious subjct, they just go for the tabloid aaspect and not the real story.
When was the last time you heard a story with any positive view points. Its all doom and gloom with that lot and they all think they are so special. They are not. Just a bunch of overpaid amatatures and has-beens. Its time to shut it down and present a more relevant program for todays troubled world.
