All together now… ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! Isn’t he just gorgeous? This little cutie is Logan Blake Pearson who has been playing the latest Corrie resident since he was 5 days old.

He made his debut on a beach in Southport and we’ll meet him next week when Maria gives birth with only Tony around to help her out. The pair will be seen having a day out at the seaside when Maria goes into a very rapid labour and gives birth there and then. I wish I’d had my kids on a soap… it’s always like shelling peas for them isn’t it?

Anyway, Logan lives with his mum and dad Caroline and Neil in Bury and it seems he’s a real hit with the rest of the Coronation Street cast…

“All the cast seem to really like him. He’s a good baby” Neil proudly told ITV.

Logan – who will be called Liam in the show, named for Maria’s dead hubby – is kept a close eye on by his mum or another chaperone while he’s on the set.

“It’s been really good” said Neil, adding, “We’ll see how he likes acting when he gets older.

“This has earned him a bit of money in the bank”

I wonder if Logan will stay in the show long-term or if he’ll do a Tracy Luv and go upstairs one day then reappear several years later as someone completely different?
