First listen to ‘Come With Me’ by N-Dubz star Dappy & Margs vs Dawoo & Retro

UK music superstar Dappy is all set to return to the airwaves this summer, with his new single ‘Come With Me’, released via Takeover Records/AATW on August 5th 2012.

‘Come With Me’ is a collaboration between Dappy, rapper Margs and producers Nathan Retro and Dawood. The track is described as ‘a cool slice of electro pop/dance about enjoying a night out, meeting girls and partying: “Somebody’s coming home with me tonight”.’

The N-Dubz star is hoping the song will take clubs across Europe by storm this summer and the chorus features a distinctive Dappy vocal chant over pulsating beats and electric bass line, creating an undeniable knockdown dance floor smash.

Of course the lyrics feature Dappy’s trademark cheekiness: “The thing that I’m packing needs its own passport” and “Tonight’s on me, never know tomorrow you could be on page three!”

Margs is an upcoming MC from Hackney and a rising star. Nathan Retro is a producer hailing from Bradford who has recently been working with Dot Rotten, Wretch 32, Alexandra Burke and JLS. Whilst David Dawood is a producer whose credits include Roll Deep, Tinchy Stryder and Jodie Connor.

After selling over a million albums as part of dynamite trio N-Dubz, Dappy is currently finishing his debut solo album, due out later this year. The album has already spawned two massive hit singles, the No.1 smash ‘No Regrets, and ‘Rockstar’, featuring Brian May, which reached No.2 earlier this year.

2012 will see Dappy tour the UK after being dubbed a ‘livewire performer’ by The Independent at a recent show. The seventeen date tour will see Dappy making stops at various key venues around the country, including Manchester Academy and Birmingham O2 Academy. The tour will climax with a show at the London HMV Hammersmith Apollo.

Dappy has also recently launched his own clothing brand ‘MIGI Clothing’, named after his sons Milo and Gino. He has big plans for extending the brand later this year.
