Foo Fighters are back!

American rockers the Foo Fighters have just released their eighth studio album ‘Sonic Highways,  much to the delight of their fans across the world.

Now, hearing the album live is something we’ll get to experience here in the UK earlier than we expected as the band have just confirmed a number of shows for 2015.

‘Sonic Highways’ is the eighth studio album from the rockers and a TV documentary of the same name has been created to show the recording process.

The album was recorded across eight of the best studios the United States has to offer and with frontman Dave Grohl as the director it gave fans an insight into what goes down in the studio.

Dave Grohl recently spoke with NME about one of the supporting acts, Royal Blood, in which he said: “I saw some live footage of them, and I was so excited to see a band that was heavy, had riffs, had songs, and could really perform, and an audience that was genuinely excited to watch them play.”
