Gemma Bissix is gagging for a soap comeback, just weeks after revealing that she would be up for doing another reality TV show.

Gemma was written out of Eastenders last year and went on to make short return to Hollyoaks, where her character Clare Devine was seen killing Warren Fox.

Speaking to Take 5 magazine, Bissix explained: “It was great to go back and see everyone because I lived up there for two years when I was first in the show and really missed everyone when I left.

“You really can’t get much better than playing a psychotic murderer turning up in her ripped tights and pouring petrol over everything.”

On the possibility of another return, she added: “It depends whether they need someone else to be killed off! I’m just happy to get regular work but I’ve really enjoyed being a part of Hollyoaks.”

Bissix added that she may return as Clare Bates in EastEnders in the future.

She commented: “When I left about six months ago they said they were thinking of bringing the character back in a year or so, but it’s one of those things. I’ll just have to wait and see.”

Anyone else smell the desperation here?
