Ghost Hunting With…Paul O’Grady and Friends
ITV2 has commissioned a special episode of Ghost Hunting With…Paul O’Grady and Friends.
The show is brand new for 2008 and will see Paul O’Grady return to ITV, accompanied by a group of fellow Liverpudlians – Natasha Hamilton from Atomic Kitten, plus Jennifer Ellision and Phil Olivier of former Brookside fame.
The team will travel with Yvette Fielding to three separate locations in Sicily – the Teatro Massimo theatre, an eleventh Century castle in Carini and the Capuchin Catacombs, below a sixteenth Century monastery.
The Teatro Massimo theatre is one of the biggest in Italy and is said to be haunted by the ghost of a nun. Whilst at the theatre Paul comments “There is more tension here than in the Middle-East!” Tune in to see the ghost busting team freak out in the castle’s dudgeons.
The Carini Castle is associated with the tale of the Princess of the Castle and originates from the sad story of Carini’s Baroness, Laura. It is here the team investigate a supposed hand print and also take part in a séance. Paul and friends then descend in to the Catacombs to undergo a scary planchette session before facing the most frightening scenario of all – exposure to dozens of skeletons while trying to communicate with the ghost of a young girl who lies embalmed amid the remains.

When i saw her it was as if she was looking straight through the tv at me i felt all the hair on the back of my neck stand up. I wonder if anyone else saw her

I taped it and she is on the recording as well, she is stood next to phil and you could see her next to yvetteshe was small with shoulder length hair, she looked about nine or ten in a white gown i think she had a cross round her neck, spookey!!!!

But she was definatley a child and i dont think a child would be allowed on the hunt with them on previous ghost hunting shows at the end they weigh up all the evidence they have caught im surprised they didnt point out a real apperition had been caught on camera

We saw it too looked like a young child in white gown or dress the first time just standing there ,but the second time just swaying from left to right and there was definately something around her neck like a cross it couldnt have been a crew member to small and they wouldnt put a small child in that enviroment .

Good morning did not sleep well obviously you guys have seen it too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I thought i was going mad like you guys did see what appears to be very small child with shoulder length light coloured hair the first time around.Interestingly the second time i thought he/she was with out a doubt swaying from side to side but looked like there was a part of the image that you could actually see through .This could have been a trick of the light perhaps but got to tell you it has had me up all night and havent been able to get it out of my thoughts.Very weird indeed.!ps where could i get a copy of that filming from ?

I SEEN HER, a little girl, not as young as the

Just standing on the left hand side of Paul, when looking at the TV. Just staring at the camera he was talkin to. Getting shivers now even thinking about it.
It was such a clear image,shoulder length blonde hair in a white nightie or something, just staring! All i could see was the image of her while i was tryin to sleep lol totally was shitting myself!!I thought i was only makin it up in my head, but the feeling i got when i saw her, i know i seen her lol thank god u’s did too. Thought the men in white coats might be coming for me. HA!

Wow i’m so glad other people saw it too, it’s all I could think about last night I was honestly too scared to sleep thinking I was the only one who’d seen her…she was scary! I wonder how they could have missed that? I even had to watch the hour plus show to make sure i’d seen right…first time round I just stared at her and I was totally scared stiff…

thank god for this sight hardly slept and my boyfriend thinks iv lost the plot! i saw a little girl stood in between phil and natasha looked similar to rossita but taller. im totally freaked! worst of all for the most haunted team not to mention it made me think it was just me. thank goodness im not mad! must watch this again but where can i see it?

WAS ON A FREE VIEW CHANEL AS I CANNOT SEE IT ANYMORE ON LIVING TV. THE ONLY THING THAT SPOLT THIS
SHOW FOR ME WAS THE STUPID JENNIFER ELLISION. BUT GREAT VIEWING. LOOK FORWARD TO MORE OF THE SAME.

Isaw the littel girl also stood next to Phil just when he said there feels like there is somebody at the side of me and he put his hand just overher head and said about this big ? she was blond about 7/8 wearing a big white looking nightie and she had a cross on she was laughing as rhey she was having funscaring them ? we saw the girl too!! at first i thought it was one of the crew but soon relized that she wasn’t. the hairs on my body stud on end just talking about it is freaky. it was great t really see a ghost on the show as i dont think i ever seen one on it before i’m still really freaked by it.

I saw the young girl too!! She was in the embalment room in the corner, between Yvette and Phil. She was weraing a white dress and looked older than the little girl Rosalia. She was far too young to be camera crew.

Yeah I saw the little girl as well, I am quite a sceptic when it comes to ghosts, but after seeing that little girl i think it’s fair to say not so much , I really felt like she was looking at me. I have it recorded but was too scared to watch it back. might pluck up the courage tonight ha ha. Apparently it is being repeated on Saturday at 9pm on itv for anyone who missed it

I watched the last hour (glad I did because I don’t think I could have put up with Jennifer Ellison’s screaming & hysterics - which I believe the first hour had plenty of). When I tuned in it was obvious Paul was getting irritated by her. But…what great television! I’m afraid I didn’t see any ghosts but I thought the programme was fab. Should have been on a primetime slot on ITV 1. Scarey, funny, intriguing. They should give Paul a regular slot doing this - he was great. Loved it.

I saw the little girl standing next to Phil and Yvette too. I saw her a few times quite clearly and her eyes even reflect the light. I recorded it on Sky+ and played it back to friends today who can also see her. I thought it may be one of the crew but it can’t be as she is a little girl of say 7 or 8. My friend Andy is very sceptical and thinks its a set up bt the presenters.

Ok still really freaked out now, I thought that the
only reason my friend had not seen the little girl when
i did, that it was because he wasn’t paying close enough attention, but reading this, some people seen a little girl beside paul & others seen her in different places, but still enough, the same little girl. I only seen her the once beside/behind paul, just standing still, staring straight at camera. So obviously it isn’t a camera trick or anything else, as some people didn’t see her at all & others seen her in a different place from some. totally freaky, still getting shivers lol there obviously really was a presence in the room with them, as we actually seen her lol crazy!

I was terrified!! Was watching it on my own just trying to listen to the whimpering of the child they were contacting, then she suddenly appeared looking straight at the camera! I went totally cold and think I even whimpered at one point!! Absolutely amazing!

When I saw her she was standing in the corner with her back to the wall, and she was there for ages. I had to look away at one point and when I looked back she was still there…

I watched this last night with my new baby and to be honest I found it scary I wimped out watching the catacombs so thank you so much for whoever it was saying it is back on Sat night at 9pm I shall tape it and watch it. I really hope that I see what you guys say. It was to be honest a really really enjoyable show except for Ms Ellison. They really should do more of these instead of the rubbish reality shows like celebair !! Oh my god what a load of rubbish !
Cannot wait for Sat night now as I was so annoyed that I did not watch it all.

Definatley saw the girl next to paul slightly swaying staring scaryly in to the camera. But i thought when it appeared next to phil that was a older blonde woman who could of been part of the team. But without a doubt the young girl is next to paul just after he complained of his belt bein tugged. Wonder if we can get in touch with itv and find out if they noticed it too. My boyfriend didnt see it and claims it would be a setup but i dont think they could put a child in that enviroment just for affect. I didnt tape it so i cant watch it again i will watch it on saturday but want to see it again today just to make sure of what i saw

i have just been talkin about it with my daughter whether it was real or not.so i logged on and found that a lot more had seen her too!i was watching with my other daughter at the time but she didn’t notice her!freaky.

i saw the girl straight away she is stood at phills left shoulder inbetween him and evet, it cannot be a plant they couldent have a 7-8yr old girl in that enviroment why havent the show said somthing about this .

Seriously guys it was a young woman with the crew.We taped it and you can see her after. Got to confess though I cried like a baby when I thought she was a ghost, I thought I’d been given the gift! All I kept saying was “That poor little girl, trapped forever!”Feel a bit daft now.

ive just watched it, how scary was that?? i watched it with my husband and i only saw the girl next to phil but my husband saw her next to phil and paul but he thinks it was a setup and dosnt believe it was a ghost. im not convinced it was a young girl she looked more in her twenties but still, im refusing to go to bed on my own tonight.

ive just watched it tonight,and the first time i too like everyone else couldnt belive my eyes and thought it was a little girl.i was so shocked i waited for it to come on again on itv+ and on second look as i was up against the tv it just looks like a small lady from the crew or the actual monistry both times. Wasnt a child when you properly look. Loved it though,i like jennifer but i wished shed shut up!!!!

I watched it last night too and it was spooky i was soooooo scared but i felt soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sorry for that little girl Rosalia and i saw that ghost girl too next to phill and evette and me and my mum saw and thought it was just us who saw it it was soooooo spooky but my dad still thinks it was a camera woman but we all think its a ghost.

I haven’t watched this programme before. I was doubtful from the start when Italian speakers were addressed in English. Doh! I am not a sceptic. Yvette Fielding is a money grubbing charlatan and should be ashamed as she obviously was at the sight of real dead people. I have been psychic all my life. When the catacombs section was proposed I was horrified. You do not trawl for unhappy spirits. They will come to you for help. They will not appear on TV to boost ratings. The only person I had a marginal amount of empathy with, despite his fee, Paul. He faced more than he had expected to face; not ghosts but mortality.

I saw a young girl about 10yrs old fair shoulder length hair with a full fringe she appeared in the embalming room just after Phill indicated that he sensed some thing behind his left shoulder, that is exactly where she stood, –to the side of Phill’s left shoulder.This happened twice.Was this a hoax to boost TV ratings??? if so I find it very distasteful. Can you tell me why an experienced medium was not present during the filming of this program?If you really want contact with spirit people you will need the help of those experienced and reputable mediums who are used to working on a higher vibration.

Thought i was going mental for a second. I had no sleep last night i to seen the girl caught and recorded it standing next to yvette just the seance with the planchette. No word of a lie my family dint belive me but me and my friends no what we seen. I rang ITV to see what they could do but they said i had to email the all the details which i have done and they will research it and get back to me. I watched this on Sat night with 2 of my friends and we were all totally shocked by the little girl!!! We all saw her standing next to paul right after he said someone was tugging at his jacket. She looked solid and was staring right at the camera!! A girl of about 7. I watched it again on you tube the next day to se if I was actaully going mad and she wasn’t there!!!! Instead she was standing between Phil and Yvette in a long white night dress!!!! can’t believe everyone has seen her in different places. i am sooo glad someone else saw her next to paul. I was so scared I was crying! Any idea where I could get a recording of this? x

Kelly Ann . . i no EXACTLY wat u mean, i watched it i think it was last Thurs nite & the only place i seen the little girl was beside Paul as he talked to the camera about his belt. I swear my whole body went pure numb & I just sat dead still, in total shock! ! ! As he was talking she was just starin straight at the camera, I thought I was going mad, cus my friend was watching it as well & when i texted him, sayin OMG THE LITTLE GIRL IS THERE . . he replied with, yeah paul feel’s her tuggn at his belt and phil sensed her beside him lol, i was lk . . NOOOO SHE”S STANDING RITE THERE! ! ! he laughed at me, tho i was messin, he didn’t see her . . i couldn’t sleep atal, her image was soooo clear, as clear as how paul and the rest of them looked on the camera, i new i wasn’t imaginin it, thats why i was soooo glad to c this site, with other people sayin the same. I tried to c if i could c her on you tube, but she wasn’t there!! SSOOOOOOO WEIRD! ! I can’t see how it;s a trick to boost reatings, as everyone has seen her in different places, and some people can’t see her at all. Totalli freaky, but sooo excitin at same time, lol weird!!

We both saw the little girl in between Yveete and Phillip.She seemed to be looking at Yveete and the faced to look at the camrea and the light caught her eyes.There is no way it could have been part of the camera crew she was to little. As sson as we spotted her we both felt the hairs on our arms stand on end and we both went cold.
