Glee: Marlee Matlin to guest star & will we see Julia Roberts soon?
It has been revealed that Academy Award-winning actress Marlee Matlin is set to guest star on Glee after the winter break.
Glee is set to return to FOX in February and the Glee club will be gearing up to take Nationals by storm. So much so, the star will appear as a judge at nationals.
Marlee’s episode will not air until March, unfortunately, but she’s aleady been on set in the last few days.
The actress tweeted that she was working on the set of Glee for the next few days, along with attaching a picture of Darren Criss, Chord Overstreet and other guest star, Skylar Astin.
She tweeted: “Look where I’m working for the next few days – @gleeonfox !!”
Astin was confirmed to guest star a few weeks back. He will take on the role of Jean-Baptise and will play the enemy for the Glee Club as he is the lead star of Throat Explosion.
Elsewhere, Julia Roberts has revealed that she would feature on Glee if the opportunity ever cropped up.
With Glee coming to an end following its next season, the executives could do with snapping up as many A-list star as possible.
Speakin to E! News, Roberts revealed that she is a big fan of Ryan Murphy’s work and would like to appear on a show created by him.
She said: “If he came up with a some funny soap opera back from the dead moment for the last vestiges of the entire series, wouldn’t that be fun!
Glee returns to FOX in February following its winter break in which we will see that highly anticipated Lea Michele / Adam Lambert duet.
