One Direction are the band of the moment and the British band are set to be covered on Glee in it’s upcoming episode.

As the students of McKinley High prepare for their prom, some of the New Direction boys try their hand at the X Factor star’s hit single ‘What Makes You Beautiful.’

Predictably the girls in the crowd go nuts when Rory, Mike, Sam, Joe and Artie launch into their rendition of the track by the teen idols….it’s as if Niall, Zayn, Harry, Liam and Louis were on the stage themselves…..well not quite!

Also taking a central role in the episode of new class president Brittany, when she causes big problems for the ever slick Blaine, by announcing that she does not allow anyone to wear hair gel to the school event….how will he style those luscious locks?

The blonde beauty will also take on Ke$ha’s “Dinosaur” while dressed as a prehistoric creature….funny eh and Finn and Quinn are nominated as prom King and Queen, a fact while greatly displeases the recently rejected Rachel Berry.
