Earlier this week we told you that Matthew Morrison revealed a number of major Glee stars would not be back on set for the fourth season later this year.
Although it has been confirmed that Rachel (Lea Michele), Kurt (Chris Colfer), Finn (Cory Monteith) will all be back for the fourth run, despite the fact that they are graduating from McKinley high at the end of the current season, there are a few other seniors whose fate still hangs in the balance.
In an interview this week, Jane Lynch dropped a massive hint about who one of those stars may be.
At the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences’ Screening on Tuesday the actress was interview by E! Online on the red carpet and seemed to imply that Dianna Agron (Quinn) will be one of the departing stars.
Jane (Sue Sylvester) admitted that she was very emotional when filming her final scenes with the blonde beauty recently, saying:
“It caught me by surprise. It was kind of emotional doing my last scene with Dianna, and it really just caught me by surprise at how moving it was.”
“She is just amazing and just a really nice person too. It was like saying goodbye to Dianna, which is a sad thing to do.”
It has also been hinted that Jenna Ushkowitz (Tina) and Amber Riley (Mercedes) could be on their way out of the series and Lea Michele seemed to back that theory up when she tweeted this week:
“Dance rehearsal w/ the original 5 @MsAmberPRiley @JennaUshkowitz @druidDUDE @chriscolfer. Cried 4 the first time about the end of the year!”
