We know Lea Michele for playing Rachel Berry on TV show ‘Glee’ but the star has confirmed details of her forthcoming debut single which the voice behind David Guetta’s ‘Titanium’ Sia Furler wrote for her.
Taking to Twitter to her fans she shared the news late last night (November 27th).
Not only did she reveal that her debut single would be called ‘Cannonball’ but she also told everyone that the track would be available on December 10th with her album preorder
The tweets read: “I’VE GOT SOME VERY EXCITING NEWS TO SHARE WITH YOU GUYS….. :)”
“So excited for everyone to hear my first single ‘Cannonball’, off my debut album ‘LOUDER’! #CANNONBALL. WRITTEN BY THE AMAZING @sia! #CANNONBALL will be available instantly on Dec 10th with my album preorder!”
The ‘Glee’ beauty also shared the single’s artwork with her followers which can be seen below.
Michele also spoke recently with Nylon magazine regarding her debut album and admitted that she wants it to be full of feel-good songs:
“I want to make songs where girls can just roll down the windows of their car or dance around in their rooms in their underwear, like, ‘I hate my ex-boyfriend!’ or ‘I’m so in love!’ because that’s what I want (to hear), power-girl songs.”
She also revealed to her Twitter followers last month that she was working hard on her first solo album:
“At the studio right now at my first recording session for MY SOLO ALBUM!! I’m so happy and can’t wait for you all to hear this record!!”
“Best news is that @ddlovato is the room right next door 2 me recording her album! 🙂 She’s so sweet & just gave me such great motivation!”
