How To Look Good Naked presenter, Gok Wan has been admitted to hospital to have a stomach ulcer treated.

The 35 year old has been forced to pull out of a number of filming and appearance commitments due to the condition, which is said to be stress related.

Gok’s friend old The Sun: “Gok is a workaholic and very driven. He had been feeling ill and tried to put it off because he had so many work commitments and hates letting people down.

“His diary was packed but in the end he was in such agony he was told he had to listen to doctors and get some rest.”

Gok had to drop out of judging the final of an event in Dublin last week.

He has now been advised by doctors to cancel his engagements for three weeks.

A spokesman said: “Doctors think the ulcer could be stress-related and have advised a period of complete rest. Gok would like to apologise.”
