Sophie only feels love for one of her twins, but for the other there’s no maternal bond. Help Me Love My Baby: Sophie’s Twins follows Sophie as she bravely confronts her fears and admits that she feels resentment towards one of her babies, not a loving bond.

Her journey is difficult and emotional, although ultimately uplifting. Sophie works closely with parent-infant therapist Dr. Amanda Jones to learn how to decipher the hidden code of baby behaviour that will help her forge a deeper bond with her twins.
