Disney have confirmed that High School Musical 4 is in the pipeline.
The third installment of the franchise is due to open in US cinemas later this year, and though Disney are intending the fourth to be in a movie format also, they have not yet 100% confirmed this.
Neither have they confirmed whether Zac Efron and co star Vanessa Hudgens will return.
Disney Channel Worldwide president Rich Ross said: “We are writing High School Musical 4. Are we going to have all the cast back? Probably not. Will we have some of them? I hope so.”
