As fans of Hollyoaks will know, former Bad Girls and Emmerdale star Claire King featured in episodes this week as the governor of the prison where Mitzeee (Rachel Shenton) is being held on remand…

And of course, having played a number of TV roles in the past has made Claire a household name, and she often gets lots of fan mail, however, while speaking to TV Biz, she revealed that one fan made a rather odd request!

She said, “I do still get bombarded with fan mail but not as much as I used to. In the old days I used to get incredibly weird letters.

“One asked me if he could have all my vital stats, my hair colour, my shoe size, before revealing he was going to have the operation.

“I thought, ‘Oh my word. OK. A photo would suffice…’

“They just want photographs now, it’s lovely.”

Meanwhile, Claire hasn’t ruled out a return to Emmerdale, however she joked that if she did reprise her role as super bitch Kim Tate, she’d love to have her commit mass murder in the village!

She also joked that as far as she’s aware, Kim still owns the deeds to Home Farm, so she could oust Declan Macey (Jason Merrells).

She said, “I’ve always said never say never – and it is still my house!”
