Hollyoaks Spoilers: Biggest stunt ever sees explosion rip through village – Will Ste, Doug, Sinead, Will, Ash, Dodger, Dennis and Darren survive? (PICTURES)

by Anna Howell

As we have previously reported, Hollyoaks is about to broadcast the biggest stunt in the show’s history to mark its 18th birthday later this month, and now we have details and pictures to share with you!

Hollyoaks is no stranger to big show-stopping stunts in the name of entertainment – Just last year we were treated to the now epic Enjoy The Ride disaster which saw a minibus plough through 2 wedding ceremonies, leaving 4 main characters dead.

But this month’s explosion is set to make that look like a walk in the park in comparison, as a homemade bomb sweeps through the village’s council flats, leaving several main characters’ lives hanging in the balance.

The situation arises when newly reunited couple, Ste Hay (Kieron Richardson) and Doug Carter (PJ Brennan) hold a leaving party after deciding to up sticks and start a fresh somewhere new.

One of the guests, Sinead O’Connor (Stephanie Davis) pays her former pimp, Trevor Royle (Greg Wood) a visit before joining the party, stealing what she believes to be a bag full of cash in the process.

However the actual contents of the loot bag is a homemade bomb, which she takes with her straight into the heart of the party inside Ste and Doug’s flat, and when she later goes to open it the bag explodes sending a ripple of devastation through the flat, and the Kane family’s home next door.

The characters’ confirmed by the hit Channel 4 soap as being involved are Ste, Doug, Will Savage (James Atherton), Dennis Savage (Joe Tracini), Ash Kane (Holly Weston), Darren Osborne (Ashley Taylor Dawson) and Dodger Savage (Danny Mac) – and fans will be left wondering who out of them will make it out alive, if any!

One person who does regain consciousness after the blast is Doug (though this doesn’t rule him out as a casualty – remember Jono?) who does his best to try and save Ste and Sinead, but whether his rescue plan is successful remains to be seen.
