When Tegan Lomax first appeared on our Hollyoaks screens she was in labour with a child that she never even knew she was pregnant with.
The Lomax’s literally burst into the village of Hollyoaks in a cloud of drama, most of it surrounding dad Danny (Stephen Billington) and his long-lost secret son, Ste Hay (Kieron Richardson).
But that isn’t the only baby-daddy drama we will be seeing from the clan this year, as we are about to embark on a mystery as to who the father of Tegan’s baby Rosie is, and it looks like Dennis Savage (Joe Tracini) is the prime suspect.
Considering the fact that neither Tegan (Jessica Ellis) nor her family knew she was going to have a baby in the first place, not much emphasis has been put on the identity of the child’s father.
However bosses at the award-winning Channel 4 soap have revealed that the biological father is in fact someone we know in the village, but are keeping very tight lipped on exactly who.
The guessing game is set to start, however, when Tegan accidentally rams Dennis with her pushchair, and it becomes apparent that the two already know one another.
The encounter is witnessed by Tegan’s sister, Leela (Kirsty-Leigh Porter) who decides to play detective and invites the recent widower over for dinner where she announces her theory on the couple.
But that isn’t the only drama for the Lomax’s next week as Tegan ends up in hospital after being attacked, a crime which her mum Sam (Lizzie Roper) is convinced was carried out by her arch nemesis Trevor Royle (Greg Wood), but when Grace gives him an alibi Sam is called up at work for her tireless campaign to bring the gangster down, and is suspended for targeting Trevor.
Watch all the drama unfold in Hollyoaks on Wednesday, December 11 and Thursday, December 12 at 6.30pm on Channel 4 / Channel 4 HD.
