As we have previously reported there is another wedding coming up in Hollyoaks, when Sinead O’Connor and Freddie Roscoe plan their trip the aisle – But will a dark secret stop it from going ahead?

Fans of the award-winning Channel 4 soap will know how Sinead (Stephanie Davis) is trying to accept being Freddie’s second choice, settle for girl, after hearing him declare his love for his brother’s fiancée, Lindsey (Sophie Austin).

However, it is proving to be a bit too much for the young mum who has already nearly blown the roof of the Roscoe family off after trying to expose the secret crush to Joe (Aydan Callaghan).

Fortunately the secret was kept, but unfortunately for her it was kept by a vindictive Robbie (Charlie Wernham) who then used the information to try and blackmail Sinead into sleeping with him for his silence.

Sinead nearly went through with it as well, but a last minute flash of conscience saw Robbie change his mind, leaving Sinead disgusted with both him, and herself for what nearly happened.

But, when it becomes clear that Freddie (Charlie Clapham) still isn’t over Lindsey when Sinead sees them together and assumes that they are having affair, the jealousy sends her straight into Robbie’s arms.

Freddie of course isn’t having an affair, and Sinead feels incredibly guilty, especially when the rest of the family find out and Lindsey informs Freddie.

Sinead is still hopeful that they can work things out, however, and goes ahead with the lavish wedding, which has been funded by Freddie’s boss and stepfather, Fraser Black (Jesse Birdsall), hoping that Freddie will forgive her and join her at the service.

But will he?
