by Anna Howell

Will Savage’s plans to kill his current girlfriend, Ash Kane, in Hollyoaks returns in an upcoming episode after he discovers that she has set up a pole-dancing club in The Loft.

Fans of the award-winning Channel 4 soap will know how, unbeknown to her, Ash (Holly Weston) has already narrowly escaped death at the hands of her boyfriend, Will (James Atherton) after he discovered that she had become the carer of his mother, Anna (Saskia Wickham).

Worried that Anna, who is currently under police psychiatric custody having falsely confessed to the murder of Will’s wife Texas in order to stop Will, the actual killer, going to jail, would spill all to Ash Will lured his girlfriend to the top of a cliff edge intent of pushing her over.

However, for reasons still unknown, he changed his mind at the last minute and Ash lived to tell the tale another day.

However, when Will makes the discovery that Ash and Maxine (Nicki Sanderson) have opened a pole-dancing club in The Loft nightclub, he tips off the police after witnessing his brother, and main love-rival Dodger (Danny Mac) enjoying himself a little too much with another of Will’s women.

The police shut down the club and arrest both Ash and Maxine for running the classes without a licence, who are shocked to find out that it was Will behind the tip off.

Will turns to Anna for advice and she warns him to end things with Ash before his jealousy turns into the same sort of anger that he felt towards Texas, so he does as she says but when Ash bitterly declares that following the break-up she is deliberately looking for a rebound fling, it seems that Will has already reached boiling point.

Fuming at the prospect Will returns to Anna exclaiming to her that he is going to kill Ash. Frantically Anna tries to get hold of Ash to warn her, but is it too late?
