Hollyoaks team up with Company Magazine for Esther (Jazmine Franks) and George (Steven Roberts) storyline
In a succesful format employed by Hollyoaks, fans can see another installment of real life merged into the show next month when George (Steven Roberts) and Esther (Jazmine Franks) embark on internships at real life Magazine, Company.
Hollyoaks are famous for raising the bar when it comes to outside soap injections, the latest of which viewers were treated to was the appearance of UK singer, Maverick Sabre, performing to a group of real life fans at the Savage family enchanted garden party two weeks ago.
Now, according to Digital Spy, the producers behind the hit teen drama have teamed up with Company Magazine to introduce a new London-based internship storyline for the two popular students.
In a plot to be played out next month, viewers will watch the Southern adventure of Esther and George as they travel to the Nations capital, as the filming relocates to the Magazine’s London offices.
Featuring in the plot, which has been given a whole week’s dedication, will be Victoria White, editor of the popular magazine, making a guest cameo as herself.
The storyline will follow both characters as they struggle to cope with the pressures of the internship, and the independency they are forced to find so far away from home.
Esther, who viewers will know has been dreaming of a career in fashion for ever, will find her dream nearly very short-lived as she manages to ruin a feature piece for the mag.
George, on the other hand, lets his attention slip for different reasons as he finds himself caught in the middle of an office romance with fellow intern, Ryan (George Evans).
The enormity of the week is also set to seriously challenge the friendship of the two Hollyoaks characters, with both trying to prove something to each other, and themselves!
Viewers can watch the drama unfold on-screen during the week of Monday, July 9 through to Friday, July 13, on Channel 4/Channel 4 HD.
