Sainsbury’s Chief Executive Justin King believes that somewhere on the shop floor, among the shelf stackers, cleaners, trolley pushers and checkout workers, may lie the next big idea that could give the supermarket the edge. He’s decided to allow four shop floor workers the opportunity to try and roll out their ideas. This four-part series captures every challenge, obstacle and success along the way. The first film follows 21-year-old Becky Craze, a store trainer in the Watford branch, who has an idea for a new product that could change the way people shop.
