If Gordon can have food produced for under £2 and sell it for around £10 then good on him. The customers obviously have more money than sense. How can any sane/sensible person look at a bit of risotto rice with a couple of mushrooms and a shaving of parmesan and think wow! fantastic! I am so getting my moneys worth!. I don’t know what all the fuss is about.
