iTunes Festival 2013 Day 16 Preview: Better together with Jack Johnson

The iTunes Festival is almost over, we’re just over the half way point but tonight sees Jack Johnson perform.

Some of the biggest names in music have performed in London this past month but there’s still plenty to go

With Lady Gaga opening the festival and Katy Perry set to close it this years iTunes Festival has been one of the biggest so far.

Already we’ve seen the likes of Elton John, Chic featuring Nile Rodgers, Avicii and Arctic Monkeys – the list goes on.


Tonight folk rock singer songwriter Jack Johnson will take to the stage at the Roundhouse to perform some of his biggest tracks.

Jack Johnson was born in Oahu, Hawaii and had been active in the music industry since 1999.

In 2001 his career took off commercially with his debut album ‘Brushfire Fairytales’.

Jack Johnson has since released five studio albums, various EPs and has featured on various movies and their soundtracks.

Some of Jack Johnson’s biggest songs include ‘Upside Down’, ‘Sitting, Waiting, Wishing’ and ‘Better Together’.

His forthcoming album ‘From Here to Now to You’ is due to be released tomorrow (17th September) and will be his first album since 2010.

Fans will be hoping to hear some new material ahead of tonight’s performance and the album is available to preorder now.

Jack Johnson takes to the stage at the Roundhouse in London tonight as part of the annual iTunes Festival from 9pm this evening.

Prior to Jack Johnson taking to the stage singer and guitarist Alfie Jurvanen will take to the stage at 7:45pm under his alias Bahamas.
