The iTunes Festival 2014 is well underway and what a month it’s been so far. Tonight though, a man who has featured on some of the biggest records of the past few years will take to the stage at the Roundhouse.

That’s right, Mr Pharrell Williams, his band and his incredible dancers will take to the stage to make everyone ‘Happy’ they got tickets to the iTunes Festival in London – and make everyone watching at home incredible jealous.

Over the past few years, if you didn’t know, Pharrell has worked on a few of the biggest songs the music industry has had to offer including Daft Punk’s ‘Get Lucky’, Robin Thicke’s ‘Blurred Lines’ and a few of his own.

His most recent album ‘G I R L’ featured a number of hit tracks including ‘Happy’ – which was top of the charts here in the UK for several weeks but that’s not all.

Pharrell has also got a host of other tracks that we’re sure we’ll hear tonight including ‘Marilyn Monroe’ and no doubt a lot of older tracks from earlier in his career.

This year in particular has been very busy for Pharrell and fans have had the amazing opportunity to see him perform in the UK on a number of occasions including at BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend in Glasgow and at Scotland’s T in the Park festival.

The singer-songwriter and producer also performed at the Capital FM Summertime Ball and believe us, there will be plenty more chances to see him live if you haven’t done so already.

Jungle will take to the stage before Pharrell tonight

Before Pharrell takes to the stage though to entertain the iTunes Festival audience, London based collective Jungle will be on hand to warm everybody up with their modern soul vibes.

Founding members of Jungle, Josh Lloyd-Watson and Tom McFarland initially hid their real names and only identified themselves as ‘J ‘ and ’T’ but that’s all changed now.

Their musical style is often described as “midtempo 1970s-style funk” and they released their single ‘The Heat’ on the 21st of October, shortly after they were nominated for BBC’s Sound of 2014 prize.

The group have performed at SXSW in Texas and also performed at Glastonbury Festival in June. They released their debut album ‘Jungle’ on the 14th of July and will no doubt gain a lot of fans at the festival tonight.

We all know Pharrell though so take a look at Jungle in the official music video for ‘Busy Earnin’’ which is taken from their self-titled debut album and let us know in the comments below, will you be watching online or in person?
