iTunes Festival Day 18 Preview: Jessie Ware and Little Dragon will take to the stage tonight

Jessie Ware

We’re loving the iTunes Festival this year and we can’t believe we only have a number of performances left but it’s not too late to catch a performance or two.

Tonight English singer-songwriter Jessie Ware will take to the stage at the Roundhouse in London and before she takes to the stage, Little Dragon will perform.

Jessie Ware is probably best known to the UK if not the world for her 2012 single ‘Wildest Moments’ and has provided vocals for a number of artists including Joker and SBTRKT.

Having released her debut album ‘Devotion’ in 2012, she began working on her second album at the beginning of 2014, which will be titled ‘Tough Love’.

The album is due to be released next month (6th of October to be exact) and we already know that Ed Sheeran provided a hand to ‘Say You Love Me’, which Jessie released in August.

Others who have worked with Jessie Ware on the album include Miguel, Julio Bashmore, James Ford, Dave Okumu and Kid Harpoon.

With a number of festival performances over the years under her belt, Ware only performed at the Wilderness Festival last month and a few dates at Berlin Festival in July – considerably less than we expected.

Swedish electronic music band Little Dragon will also perform at the iTunes Festival in London tonight ahead of Jessie Ware taking to the stage.

The iTunes Festival is a month long event and will run until the end of September, now with a host of performances open to the world via iTunes if you can’t make it to London.

Ed Sheeran, Ben Howard, Ryan Adams, Rudimental, Jessie J and many many more are still scheduled to perform at the festival this year.
