Gavin and Stacey is having a fab week! Not only did it pick up the only BAFTA that was voted for by the public, but now it has won over celebrity author Jackie Collins.
Speaking in Hollywood at the launch of Brit Week, Collins revealed:
“I’m obsessed with this new show in England - Gavin And Stacey. I love it so much. It’s brilliant.”
“My daughter brought it over at Christmas and I was watching the first season,” she said.
Joan Collins sister is due to return to the UK in a few weeks and has vowed to pick up a DVD of the show to show her friends.
“I can’t wait to go over there and purchase it and bring it back for all my friends,” she said.
