Jamie Oliver is back in the garden of his Essex home to prepare a festive feast with help from his friend and mentor Gennaro Contaldo, and Brian the gardener.
In an hour-long special, Jamie is also joined by free range turkey farmer Paul Kelly, and free range goose doyenne Judy Goodman. They discuss how to choose the best and most succulent bird for your Christmas dinner and Jamie shows how to cook up two fantastic Christmas birds with his best stuffing and gravy.
