Jamie Oliver to cook bulls testicles for Jonathan Ross

Jonathan Ross is in for a treat this Thursday. Jamie Oliver is recording a segment for Ross’s returning chat show and is planning to serve bulls’ testicles to the TV presenter.
A spokesman for Jamie told MSN: “It’s a big hit with the cowboys of the Wild West and although the recipe isn’t in Jamie’s new book, he felt it was the perfect thing to cook up on Jonathan’s show.”
The dish is known as Rocky Mountain Oysters and Jamie first heard of it whilst recording his current Channel 4 series, Jamie’s American Road Trip.
Jonathan has already been trying out the show’s accompanying recipe book but described the attempt as as a “Wossy cooking disaster”.
He revealed on Twitter that things got so bad he had to phone Jamie for advice.
He tweeted:
“Wossy cooking disaster. Cooked the veg slightly wrong. I thought instructions were bad so improvised. Phoned Jamie and he mocked me.
“Then put veg in blender instead of food processor. The salsa is a bit soupy now. And I am sweating lots. Cooking is harder then I thought.”
He then turned to Gordon Ramsay: “He didn’t pick up. Left message telling him I was using Jamie’s book. Would LOVE to hear reaction,” Ross added.
Friday Night With Jonathan Ross returns this Friday on BBC One.
