JAMIE’S FISH SUPPER – Pan-seared Trout with Beets and Horseradish Sauce

In a series of bite-sized programmes, as part of Channel 4′s Big Fish Fight season, Jamie Oliver has come up with delicious and easy new recipes to inspire fish lovers to try different, more plentiful types of fish and seafood – including mackerel and coley – so that we won’t just be reaching for the old favourites during the weekly shop. In the first episode, Jamie turns to farmed fish as he cooks up pan-fried trout.
