He has the health of the nation at heart and they all seem too quick to tell him what he is doing wrong. Is it because they are embarrassed to admit he is right? Why not go the whole way and teach how to cook peacock and keep a wine cellar. Are you insane or just insensitive to the fact that these people live on a bare minimum. The cheapest form of protien was used to bind together meatballs when it could have made an omlette served with a salad or nested in a baked potato. This particular road to hell was paved with the proverbial good intentions of people who clearly have no clue how the other half struggle to manage.
