John Barrowman has been discussing the imminent Torchwood comic and revealed that she strip will show a different side to his character, Captain Jack.

Of the storylines in the first 100 page issue of the magazine, John said: “I think we see Jack’s compassion… maybe his guilt. Plus his wicked skills with a harpoon!

The comic strip which will appear in the new Toirchwood magazine was penned by John and his sister. Of the finished product John exclaimed: “I’m astonished. It’s brilliant work. The panels with the selkie are completely breathtaking… and Jack looks so damn good.”

Torchwood magazine Issue 14 is on sale in the UK and Ireland on February 19.
